In collaboration with local producers of maple syrup, honey and garlic we honour the gifts of field and forest to create unique chocolate flavours. We respect the integrity of the process, from bean to smooth tempered product ready to pour, hand roll or dip. We only work with the very finest Callebaut chocolate.
