St. Clements Cemetery which is also known as Cherry Creek Cemetery or Second Line. Cemetery is possibly the oldest known burial location in Innisfil township. It is located on land donated in 1837 by Lewis J. Clement UE on Concession Line 2, a little to the east of Yonge Street. Also known as Cherry Creek Cemetery
