The Great Khan Mongolian Grill is a two hundred seat restaurant which has been open for nine years and serves two distinct categories of Chinese food: Mongolian Grill and The Northern Chinese Buffet The Mongolian Grill is a unique all you can eat concept where guests actually select their raw meat and seafood, then add vegetables, noodles and sauce ingredients before taking their bowl of ingredients to the grill area where a skilled cook stir fries their selections in forty-five seconds on a large round grill at 600 degrees. We also offer a buffet serving chilled salads, soups, a selection of hot dishes and a dim sum offering. This food is carefully prepared using the methods and flavors of Northern Chine.
