I work in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I approach life with the belief that "fear is an invitation to succeed". . Spirituality to me is not to look for outer sides and connections with the spirit world and so on. To me spirituality means to express our spirit fully lovingly and in absolute truth through our humanity, through our human deeds. The more we feel free to express our true self our pure spirit, the more spiritual we are. Any time we repress a part of our spirit we are not being completely spiritual.
