The OSEB Program assists aspiring entrepreneurs in writing a business plan and in launching their businesses. The program focuses on one-to-one coaching and workshops facilitated by subject experts. The OSEB Program is aimed at current Employment Insurance (E.I.) recipients and/or those who’ve had an E.I. claim in the past three years who are not currently working. Eligible applicants receive a living allowance from Employment Ontario while attending this 42 week program. Essential Communications offers the OSEB Program to residents of Durham.
