I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and hold Diplomate status in both Counseling and Psychotherapy with The International Academy of Behavioral Medicine, Counseling and Psychotherapy (IABMCP). I work in full-time private practice, providing cognitive-behavioral therapy to individuals, teens and couples. I also have extensive experience working with Employee Assistance Programs and in Rehabilitation. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship and sexual issues, pain management, and parenting concerns. My professional style is warm, supportive, and engaging.
