Homegrown and handmade in Hastings Highlands. From our fields, gardens & studios: • Craft vinegars - Canadian Riesling wine vinegar is slowly infused in the cool of our Hobbit House root cellar to capture the intense herb and berry flavours of summer. • Artisanal jams, jellies & spreads - made in small batches from hand-picked, organically raised herbs and berries, using old-time recipes. We make our own pectin from wild apples. • Gourmet finishing salts – using hand-harvested sea salt from Vancouver Island, we infused the salts with our home grown herbs & berries. • Stone, wood, glass, felt gifts - in the winter Hugh is a woodworker and Carol is a felter/mosaicist.
