Since 1988, Blackpool kennels has been breeding, training and showing British Golden Retrievers. We have bred and owned well over 18 Champions and trained many obedience titled dogs. We are a small kennel dedicated to the improvement and advancement of the Scottish Breed "Golden Retrievers" in Canada. Since we first laid eyes on this most ingratiating of breeds, we had to have one. Nothing compares to the soft dark eyes of the true British Golden. So we set out to breed the best family dogs possible. We chose to breed a variety of colors from the palest of cream Golden Retrievers to rich Golden colour.
