Nellie James started as Chef & Wife in 2000 as a small off-premise catering company. Chef & Wife Gourmet To Go was launched in Downtown Dundas in 2004 and in 2013, it was renamed Nellie James Gourmet Food to Go and still offers the same Chef and services our customers have come to appreciate. We prepare our menus based on seasonal foods, using local farmers and growers as a source of fresh ingredients. This permits us to change our menu selections often, providing our customers with a varied selection of freshly prepared entrées from which to choose.
