The company commenced operations as a partnership in 1965 and was incorporated by provincial charter in 1966.  A Canadian engineering and planning services company, owned 100 per cent by its staff members through share ownership holdings.  The company practices under a Certificate of Authorization issued by Professional Engineers of Ontario.    We employ staff in three offices, located in Peterborough, Belleville and Kingston with an affiliation with Terraspec Engineering Inc, a firm of geotechnical engineers with material testing laboratory facilities and Jp2g Consultants Inc, a firm of engineers and project managers. The company provides professional services in transportation, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering in various building types, building condition surveys, water supply, treatment and distribution, waste water and solid waste disposal, land use planning, storm water management, rural and urban land development, subdivision design, municipal servicing, engineering peer reviews, environmental assessments, site remediation plans, geotechnical engineering and material testing.
