Centre Wellington Minor Softball Association Inc. was founded so long ago, not even the local archives has records of it's beginnings. Incorporated in 1986 as Fergus and District Softball, we have evolved past a small one diamond league into a league servicing nearly 700 players from ages 4 and up; and providing over 8 divisions of play, and several development programs. CW Softball, as it is aptly known, is a not-for-profit organization that strives to keep the cost of youth team sports in this area low so that no child is ever left without. We collaborate with local programs to support our low income families so that their children can play softball, and are able to provide cost free registration to qualifying families so that their children can play.
