We wanted to build a wood oven in our backyard to make pizza for our family, but an opportunity arose to serve our home cooking to the community and we couldn't resist. Founded by Theresa Filicetti and Todd Frenette, CiaoChowCiao brings traditional Neapolitan wood oven pizza, sandwiches and home cooked meals to the small town of Washago. Known for our quality ingredients and hospitality, we now have two locations to serve you better.
