Maple Ashram was a name born out of the need to communicate the true purpose of our conservatory to serve the ethnically diverse Canadian community by effectively preserving, conserving and transmitting the endless body of knowledge passed on to us by our great gurus, whilst creating opportunities for our students to explore the beauty of the cultures of their fellow Canadians from the many varied origins, thereby contributing to the diversity and inclusion needs of our country. Maple Ashram’s mission is to be state of the art World Music conservatory in the GTA, providing world class music education based on internationally recognized graded curriculum in a wide range of musical subjects from across the globe and specifically addressing the needs of today’s music industry.
