We are a oyster catering service and pop-up oyster bar for events, parties, private functions, farmers' markets, bars/lounges & festivals. Make your next event memorable with a nautical themed Oyster Bar. We focus on serving the freshest in-season Canadian oysters, sustainable / zero-waste practices and flexible service. Our oyster bar is curated with ocean-themed decor pieces to give you and your guests a genuine maritime experience. I am the owner, operator, event planner and Chef-de-Cuisine that will assist you from your first phone call to your last oyster! Originally from Atlantic Canada, I have also studied and researched oyster cultivation, history and service. We also provide oyster tasting and shucking lessons with our catering.
