The Arts and Heritage Centre, located in Warkworth's historic Memorial Community Hall, promotes excellence in the arts and in heritage awareness. Exhibitions and events throughout the summer months will look at history through the eyes of artists and art through the eyes of the present. The Centre will be a resource and inspiration for local artists as well as providing an ongoing venue for exhibition and sale of their work, and ultimately, a funded and sustainable centre employing artists and contributing to the economy and life of Warkworth. Summer shows will focus on the lives of four artists. Open every weekend until Labour Day, with arts and heritage programs throughout the winter as well.
