Guelph Rehab Centre was created from a vision and model of healthcare that owners Frank DeStefano and Dave Ursomarzo have spent their careers developing. Patient care and well being is at the forefront of this model of care. We want to change the culture of private rehabilitative healthcare and the current model of how it is delivered. We offer the approach of multiple practitioners collaborating on treatment plans, collectively, rather than seeing various professionals that don't really connect to formulate a shared treatment plan. At Guelph Rehab Centre we have some of the most experienced therapists in the area and we work as your healthcare team, together. Working along with you, your family physician and/or specialist makes our approach unique and more importantly, successful.
