The restaurant industry is in my blood. My first restaurant at age seven consisted of a giant cardboard box with a "drive thru" cut out and a little kitchen inside. Now, with 15 years of operations and training experience at nationally recognized Canadian restaurant brands, and fully certified as a facilitator for BASICS.fst®, it's time to share my experiences and passion with others in a new way.
