Husband and wife duo David and Mary Bergeron made the exciting, but highly frightening, decision to jump into the wine industry back in 2001. While Mary's background was barren of any and all agriculture, Dave on the other hand grew up in the Ottawa valley on a small hobby farm. Dave's agricultural roots always stayed firmly planted, so when he heard of the first winery opening in the Prince Edward County region, he immediately saw an opportunity to get back to what he truly loved - being outside and working the land. No stranger to Dave's dreams, Mary put out her hand and Dave grabbed it before she could change her mind. The adventure began!
