Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Aleem The Mortgage Specialist moved to British Columbia as a teen where he completed high school and went on to graduate from Simon Fraser University (SFU) with degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Of course this was before he became the source for Mortgage News Canada. Aleem began his career in the financial industry with a local credit union where he gained some valuable insight into the financial field. After following Mortgage news Canada for years, from there–with aspirations of expanding his knowledge base and experience–Aleem joined one of the Canada's largest financial institutions, before becoming an Independent Mortgage Specialist.
