Triple F Athletics is a local, Canadian, woman owned, and operated company located in Abbotsford BC. Tania and Sarah came up with the concept of Triple F Athletics after going through their own experiences with changing their lifestyle. Their company TFA is more than just an athletic wear company, although retail sales are a big part of what they do, this is only one piece of what makes their company awesome. They believe health is not dependent on size and being the best version of yourself that you can be doesn’t mean sacrificing your well being by placing unrealistic goals upon yourself.
