Carter's Maple Syrup

Welcome to Carter Farms, we are a 4th generation family owned and operated sugar bush. The property was purchased in 1905 and fortunately had a maple bush that was preserved from logging as it was close to the farm buildings. Additional bush lots were also purchased after they were logged between 1905 and 1933. As a point of interest all of our syrup production, over 35 acres, occurs on the Ardtrea Island ANSI (Area of Natural and Special Interest)
