Ko-Hen Electronics Supply Ltd was founded by Joe Koziol and Morley Hennig to distribute electronic parts and components to the commercial and industrial electronics industry in Central Alberta on a wholesale basis. It opened its doors for business on July 2, 1977 in the Truck Town industrial building at 76 Street and 49 Avenue in Red Deer, Alberta. At that time, the business occupied 1408 square feet and the main products it sold were for the communications, TV repair industries and retail sales. When Morley and his wife relocated to Nova Scotia in October 1995, Joe and his wife Janice purchased Morley's portion of the company. Joe continued to operate Ko-Hen Electronics solo until January 1998, when his son Brent Koziol joined the business. In 2002, Joe and Brent leased the neighboring sp
