Hospice Simcoe provides high quality Hospice Palliative Care services to residents of Simcoe County. In 2009, Hospice Simcoe opened the doors to Simcoe County's only 10-bed, home-like, residential facility while continuing to provide the Visiting Hospice Program and Bereavement Support it always had.
