The Town Park Recreation Centre has established itself as the centre of activity for the Municipality of Port Hope. Housing the "Opportunities for Youth" Youth Centre, the Cameco Gymnasium, the B.A.A. Board Room, Port Hope Minor Soccer Canteen, Kinsmen Kitchen and two multi-purpose program spaces, the facility is used by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture for delivery of High Five Accredited children's programs and quality programs for youth, adults and seniors. The Town Park and its facilties are also home to the Port Hope Fall Fair, ACO Auction and other major community events. This air conditioned facility is also home to the Summer Daycamp program, After School programs and the location of the permanent Skate Park Facility. It is also available for birthday party rental
