Sheila Raitt is a Social Work Psychotherapist. She has worked extensively with men and women healing the wounds of childhood sexual abuse and is an expert at helping people navigate deep emotions such as depression, anxiety, anger, grief and the not-so simple stresses of everyday life. Sheila’s interest is in the Body-Mind-Emotion-Spirit connection and the ways in which strengthening that connection helps facilitate healing. She is an EMDR Trained Therapist. Sheila also studies Psychodramatic Bodywork (body-based emotional-release), Shiatsu, and Reiki. Sheila conducts life-enhancing community workshops and corporate seminars that help improve people's sense of well-being, life/work satisfaction, happiness and success.
