Automodular Corporation is a sequencer and sub-assembler of components and modules that are installed in cars and trucks made by North American Original Equipment Manufacturers (“OEMs”), at plants in Canada. Sequenced sub-assembled modules such as an instrument panel, power pack, or rear suspension, arrive at the OEM’s final assembly plant in precisely the order of their final installation in the vehicle, and at precisely the time they are to be installed. All of our business is contract business. We bid on contracts by Tier 1 companies or by the OEMs, which are then awarded prior to the launch of the vehicle. Contracts are typically for periods from 3 to 5 years.
