You're probably wondering how a guy like me, a professional golfer, got into the wine business. In my case it was a number of things that happened that led to my winery launching about 4 years ago. For starters, my wife and I are wine lovers. We have a wine cellar at our home and enjoy many different wines from around the world and we even planted some grapes in front of our house. Its a fully trellised and drained vineyard - about 5 rows and 30 vines per row. The grapes are too new to be able to harvest for wine yet but we can't wait to try and do something with them. Wine has always been part of my life. When I used to go and visit my grandparents in Niagara Falls; my grandfather was a proud Italian and he made his own wine and insisted that we try some.
