Lawrence Pioneer Cemetery

This cemetery is located on Penetanguishene Road which was the first road constructed in what is now Simcoe County, this area was at one time all farmland. Some of the names on the markers such as Hickling and Bishop, may be familiar to those who have visited Barrie as there are streets named after these people.
