Church of the Assumption of Our Lady Roman Catholic Cemetery

The Trombley family donated land for a church and cemetery. In 1860, a frame church was erected and was dedicated on 1 Jan 1861. The present brick structure was built in 1961 in commemoration of the original church. The earliest recorded death was 1861 and the most recent, 1967.
