CCR is a regional full service collection agency licensed and bonded under the Collection Agencies Act of Ontario whose main area of service is the province of Ontario. While reciprocal arrangements within Canada and the United States allow for coverage both nationally and internationally. To ensure quality control of accounts each file is subject to management review at least once a week. Management review identifies accounts with slow developing commitments and provides the opportunity to assess the profile of the third party and review all sources available to effect resolution of the claim. CCR has state of the art collection software, reporting and skip tracing tools.
