New Leaf Clinic Counselling

There is an unfortunate myth that counselling is only for people with major problems. I have heard from many people that they would have come to counselling sooner but they didn't think their problems were severe enough. If you ask me, this is very unfortunate because had many of these people come in to counselling sooner, their issues might not have gotten so bad if addressed earlier. Counselling is appropriate for people with "major" and what you might see as "minor" concerns alike.
