We are a nutritional based clinic geared to help anybody with weight loss, who has diabetes, heart disease or any medical condition on both medication or no medication. The meal plans are customized for each individual and we have a consultant who is trained in nutrition and fitness. This person helps each client to achieve their goals through nutrition and lifestyle changes. The whole program is based on foods. No supplementation unless we feel or the client feels that they would like advice on this. In today's society we would recommend that a good multivitamin be used only supplements when required by our clients.
