Fergus Roller Derby started in the spring of 2012 becoming one of over 1200 derby leagues. Roller Derby is presently the fastest growing women's sport in the world. Derby is an exciting, fast paced, hard hitting game that appeals to fans of all ages. FRD prides itself on being part of the great community in Centre Wellington. Its' mission is to play hard as a local sports league and use its' bouts and events to give back to the communnity through donations to local charities. FRD wants to entertain and to be part of the cycle of giving back to this amazing community. FRD practices in Elora, Arthur and Fergus and plays their home games at the Sportplex in Fergus.
