Small classes provide a safe, intimate setting and plenty of time to explore all the aspects of yoga: philosophy, breathing and warm-up, active practice with options for greater personal challenge or more gentle modifications, and Savasana for relaxation and meditation. Each class also includes Hanna Somatic exercises to relieve chronic pain. Some yoga experience is required.
Dolores Bowes RYT500 SEC2 studied yoga with Irene Beer and Dr. Wm. Beer of Namaste International, incorporates the Vanda Scaravelli style of yoga and has been teaching yoga since 2002. Recently certified Hanna Somatics Exercise Coach Level 2 with Martha Peterson.
