In 1894, JC Higgins, prominent citizen of Sanford and superintendent of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad built this classic Queen Ann Victorian home in Sanford, Florida for his wife and nine children. Today, Patty and Mike Ribera operate the home as a Bed & Breakfast with the intimacy of a boutique Hotel.
