Focusing on providing a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to my clients, whether deeper pressure or a lighter touch is required, I take cues from you to determine what is working best. As well as being trained in traditional Swedish massage methods, I have completed training to incorporate acupuncture and cupping where they are appropriate and comfortable for clients. I am also happy to use essential oils during your massage at no extra charge. I enjoy working with people of all ages and health profiles and look forward to meeting you!
