I have a Masters in Social Work and am a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I have continued my education by learning about Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other strategies that might be beneficial to your therapeutic goals. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a fantastic therapy that has powerful effects of change on individuals.
