Our mission at Quite A Stretch Yoga & Zumba® is to support the physical and mental well being of our community by providing classes that are accessible and welcoming to all sizes, colour, culture, sexes, religion, beliefs, ages, and abilities. Beyond our affordable studio classes and weekly karma class, we work to fulfill our mission by partnering with organizations throughout Hamilton with a particular focus on serving families, and people who are dealing with a chronic illness, anxiety, addiction, and post-tramatic stress disorder.
