J.R. Paine and Associates Ltd. is headquartered in Edmonton, AB. and maintains branch offices in Grande Prairie, AB., and Peace River, AB. The company was founded in 1969 by J.R. (Dick) Paine. Since our inception, 50 years ago, the company has grown to a core or 60 professionals, technicians and support staff, increasing to 100 individuals during the peak construction season. All our offices maintain permanent laboratory facilities to offer and support a wide range of soil, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt concrete testing applications.
