The psychotherapy approach at Wellspring is integrative and combines Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Therapy), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Alistair is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and he has been an Adjunct Professor of Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC) for several years. He holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC.
