The Good Sauna

The Good Sauna first launched in the winter of 2022, originally as a seasonal activation at Feel Good, a Gastown-based group fitness studio. For the second iteration of the pop-up, we partnered with Container Brewing to bring The Good Sauna to East Van’s Strathcona neighbourhood. Since October 2023, we’ve welcomed over 4000 people— hosting birthdays, run clubs, wedding celebrations, company retreats, and more. This year, we aim to bring this concept to other areas of the Lower Mainland, each providing a unique setting for wellness seekers.
