Human Resources Development Canada - Interactive Training Inventory	This project has been ongoing for over six years, starting with Access then moving to SQL Server and finally to Oracle. This internet based system services approximately 10,000 Training Providers and 200,000 unique users per year.
Maritz: Thompson Lightstone – Automated Market Research Report Generator	Provided automated report generation software application for both customer satisfaction and employee opinion research programs. Report generator used to provide electronic reports to Maritz clients that require high volume, automated, dynamic reports.
Weetabix - Network Engineering Project	Managed communications infrastructure renewal project. Successfully deployed on-time in mission critical manufacturing environment.
Human Resources Development Canada - Online Employer Database	This project was taken over from another company who were unable to complete it. It has been totally redesigned in Oracle 8i using OO techniques and XML/XSL, Com, Javascript and Visual Basic. This has been a two year long project. This internet based system is used to manage Human Resource information for approximately 14,000 businesses.
Canada Department of National Defense - Project Tracking System	Implemented a Project Management Program that monitored an Audio Visual Production from conception to completion. The system maintained system production information, contacts, production start up dates, milestones, milestone scheduling and finances.
Canada Department of National Defense - Legacy Data Decision Support System	Implemented a Reengineering Project involving the re-write of a major portion of the application for the Department of National Defense. This application was scoped at over 100,000 lines of source code.
Canada Department of National Defense - Legacy System Renewal Project	Developed a desk-top reporting application. The system was responsible for mining data from legacy systems to facilitate decision support. Mentored customer on use of reporting capabilities, and advised steering committee on N-Tier architectures and future product direction.
Real Estate On-Line Agent Directory	Designed for a web/database solution for real-estate agents. COM, ASP and SQL Server were used to provide real estate agents with an online directory of properties.
Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters	This is a project in its second year developed in Paradox that manages information, promotional campaigns and membership renewals for 80,000 members of OFAH.
Human Resources Development Canada - Online Job Bank	This was a 6 month project developed using Microsoft SQL Server to manage online Jobs in the Durham Region.
Government of Ontario - Ministry of Natural Resources	Provided Senior Systems Analyst Services for re-engineering project. Involved in review of existing 2 tier architecture creation of plan to move to n-tier using Visual Age for Java, Websphere and Oracle technologies. Conducted focus groups and provided analysis and system design using Rational Rose and Rational Requisite Pro Tools.
Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario	Redesigned and automated a maintenance process to enable geographically distributed schools to manage work orders via the web. Used Metastorm's eWork development tool and Microsoft SQL Server.
Greater Peterborough Area Economic Development Corporation - ePeterborough Project	This is a project incorporating all of the Economic Development information in the Peterborough area. Users are able to find and analyze constantly updated information about the Peterborough Labour Market, Demographics and other relevant Economic Information.
Human Resources Development Canada - Online National Occupation Code Database	This was a 6 month project written in Oracle using PL/SQL designed to link remotely to the Interactive Training Inventory (ITI) and other HRDC products to provide back end Occupational Codes.
Ont. Ministry of Food and Agriculture Correspondence Tracking	Designed and programmed a correspondence tracking system using Metastorm's e-work. All letters written into the Ministry are prioritized, categorized and routed to appropriate roles via an automated workflow process.
