Breken software specialists have
created a virtual marketplace software: Euphoria. This software
engine assists organizations in moving their business to the Web.
By combining a Distributed Dynamic Database with e-business
process automation, a virtual information exchange has been
created that facilitates an organization’s “buy/sell”
exchange of multiple products and information. Although
off-the-shelf software is available to create a virtual
marketplace, the Euphoria engine goes further by enabling input of
information from partners, suppliers and customers. The
organization provides the rules for governance of this virtual
marketplace.
Euphoria’s Benefits

opportunities and secured e-commerce capabilities

Euphoria Award
In 1998 Breken was awarded a
Certificate of Appreciation, recognizing Leadership and Excellence
in developing the Interactive Training Inventory (ITI) website by
Human Resources Development Canada. This website, utilizing the
Euphoria technology model, allows individuals looking for training
opportunities throughout the province of Ontario to access
information at one central site. The ITI model has also proven to
be an excellent vehicle for the creation of e-municipality
websites. Current e-municipalities encourage “buy local”
alliances between local businesses and those wishing to do
business in the local area.
