Speaker: Peter Earle
Peter Earle has been a
facilitator, trainer and teacher for over 15 years. With a focus
on organizational change and human development, Peter has worked
with a diverse group of private and public sector clients,
helping them improve the ability of their people to work
together and increase organizational effectiveness.
Working at the 'big picture'
level, Peter assesses the strengths, weaknesses and direction of
organizations as well as defining effective processes for
improvement. To meet the strategic goals of an organization,
Peter leads executives through a program to shift culture,
facilitate internal change, train staff in new skills, coach and
mentor.
Peter's background in marketing
and strategic planning ensures that change is tied to strategic
direction. His human resources focus ensures that people are an
integral part of designing and facilitating change. Peter also
delivers workshops and seminars nationally including
communication, True Colors, stress and time management, creative
thinking and conflict resolution, among others.
He has a keen understanding of
public and not-for profit organizations. As a United Way trainer
in board governance and as a board member and long-time
volunteer, Peter has helped develop strategic vision and
direction and has worked to bring differing and diverse groups
together to implement change. He is currently board President of
the Peterborough and District United Way, and Chair of the
Friends of the Peterborough Family Resource Centre.
