Permits and licenses can be created from scratch or chosen from a library of existing forms. Clients can fill them out from a municipal website, triggering an approval process inside Breken Municipal Services. Every form, every approval, every email is stored within that process — and stays there.

Workflows automate the allocation of public inquiries to the right department, send automated responses, process online payments, and notify supervisors of overdue tasks. We provide integrated workflows for everything from permit approvals and dog tags to the preparation of court documents.
